Hong Kong Men to Visit Japan in September
The Men’s Japan National team will play a two match series against Hong Kong, China Men in September at the Sano International Cricket Ground.
The teams have met four times previously in T20 Internationals and Japan are yet to come out on top, so will be aiming to do so for the first time.
Hong Kong, China are scheduled to arrive in Japan on 17th September with official training on the 18th and matches taking place on 19th and 20th.
JCA Chief Operations Officer Alan Curr said: “We are really happy to welcome Hong Kong to Japan, despite a number of meetings between the teams over the years we have yet to welcome them to Sano and look forward to doing so.”
He added: “The chance for our Men to take on a team ranked in the World’s top 25 is a great opportunity and we are hoping to add to a number of wins we have had against teams in that bracket in the last 12 months.”
Match timings are still to be confirmed, but all matches will be available to watch on the JCA YouTube Channel.
